Beate Schulte

Beate Schulte has extensive experience in recruiting and employer branding. Beate is currently the Head of Recruiting & Employer Branding at GEERS, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Expert Employer Branding at All for One Group SE from July 2021 to September 2022. From 2015 to 2021, they were the Group Leader Recruiting & Employer Branding at Vanderlande, where they led a recruiting team and implemented various initiatives such as an employee referral program and a digital assessment center. Before joining Vanderlande, Beate worked in recruiting and employer branding roles at Gothaer Finanzholding AG and Sky Deutschland AG. Beate also has experience as an International Recruitment Consultant at TRANSEARCH Managementberatung München GmbH. Starting their career, they worked as a Public Relations Assistant at Mayaland Resorts in Chichen Itzá, México.

Beate Schulte has a diverse education history. Beate obtained their MSc in International Management from Steinbeis Hochschule between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they studied International Marketing at Universidad Católica de Córdoba from 2006 to 2007. Their undergraduate degree, Mag. (FH) in International Business Studies, was earned from FH Kufstein Tirol – University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications in various fields such as systemische Organisationsberatung, working out loud circle mentor, agile systemik, and more. Beate also holds a certification as a certified mentor from The Mentoring Club gUG, obtained in October 2021.
