Theo Gerritzen

Theo Gerritzen currently serves as HR-directeur at Agrifac Machinery B.V. since January 2024 and has held the position of Group HR Manager and HR-directeur at GEESINKNORBA since April 2016. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Bakker Groep from April 2014 to January 2016, Hr-manager at Medux from January 2010 to January 2014, and HR Director at BAS Group from September 2006 to December 2009. Additionally, Theo worked as Hr-manager at Traint from January 2004 to September 2006 and at Dactylo from September 1996 to January 2004, where also a role as Regiomanager was undertaken. Theo Gerritzen obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel and Labour from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences between 1992 and 1996.
