Caroline Lovejoy

Caroline Lovejoy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior HR Director for the West Central Region at GE Healthcare, Caroline provides business support to the regional President and VPs of Sales and Service, managing large-scale $62 million service projects that include workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and change management. Previously, at Thales, Caroline held the position of Director, HRBP, focusing on country-level HR leadership and acquisition integration. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources at Atkore International, Division HR Manager at Parker Hannifin, and Senior HR Partner at Rockwell Collins. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Ohio University and an MBA in HR from California State University, Long Beach.
