Charles Rine has extensive experience in both the corporate and volunteer sectors. At GE Healthcare since 2002, Charles has held various roles including Virtual Infrastructure Manager, Field Service Engineer - Team Lead, and Field Service Engineer. In addition, Charles has been actively involved with the Civil Air Patrol since 2010, serving as Arkansas Wing Director of Operations, Arkansas Wing Director of Information Technology, Deputy Commander for Cadets, and SAR/DR Mission Pilot, currently holding the rank of Lt Colonel. Charles also served as Squadron Commander. Prior experience includes working as a Network Administrator at Calltech Communications, LLC from 1999 to 2002. Charles holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems Management and a Master’s in Information Technology with a focus on Information Security from Keller Graduate School of Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
