Gautam Rao

Gautam Rao is a seasoned leader in digital operations and IT management, currently serving as Vice President of Workforce Digital Experience & ITSM at GE Healthcare since February 2007. With a successful track record in driving transformational programs, Rao has managed significant initiatives including a USD 40M transformation to support GE Healthcare's spin-off and the establishment of a global managed service provider for IT operations. Rao's previous roles at GE include Senior Director positions overseeing enterprise digital operations, human capital management systems, and digital technologies for imaging and surgery, where Gautam introduced contemporary technology strategies and led large global teams. Prior experience includes managerial roles at GE Global Research and other organizations, with a strong foundation in ITIL/ITSM processes and application management. Gautam Rao holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
