Renae Chorzempa

Renae Chorzempa serves as the Senior Executive and Head of HR for GE Healthcare's Global Imaging Segment, overseeing a business with approximately $10 billion in annual revenue and 10,000 employees. Prior experience includes an Executive Consultant role at ON-RIVER Consulting, EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at InnerWorkings, and multiple senior HR positions at Hill-Rom, focusing on global HR strategies and employee engagement. Renae has also held HR leadership roles at Unilever, Illinois Tool Works, and Kraft Foods, contributing to diverse organizational structures and cultures. Renae holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Purdue University.
