Roland Dias

Roland Dias currently serves as the Global Head of Care Pathways at GE HealthCare, leading a team to develop innovative solutions in Oncology, Cardiology, and Neurology using smart devices and digital solutions for personalized patient care. Prior to this role, Dias was the Vice President and General Manager for the Precision Imaging Network at Microsoft, overseeing the end-to-end strategy and operations of a new AI Healthcare business. Dias also held various leadership positions at Medtronic, including Vice President of Global Marketing for Renal Care Solutions and Sr. Director roles in Global Marketing and Sales, driving commercialization strategies and managing significant P&L responsibilities. Roland Dias earned an MBA from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
