Kenya Carter

Kenya Carter has over 25 years of experience in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as the Director of eLearning and Learning Technology at GEICO since 1998. Responsibilities include driving digital adoption, innovating learning strategies, and implementing advanced learning solutions utilizing machine learning and AI tools. Kenya has a strong background in corporate training, having managed large-scale training initiatives for over 5,000 GEICO agents and management personnel. Prior roles at GEICO include Corporate Training Manager, Instructional Designer, Supervisor, Regional Trainer, and Insurance Agent. Earlier experience includes a position in Telecomm and IT Help Desk at Bersoff Technology Group. Kenya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Digital Studies from the University of Mary Washington and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Germanna Community College.
