Richard Brooks is a seasoned professional in investigative services with extensive experience in the legal, criminal, and insurance fraud sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Field SIU Investigator at GEICO since May 2024, Richard has previously held key roles, including Lead Investigator & Expert Witness at Richard Brooks Investigations, LLC, and Special Investigations Unit Case Manager at Lemieux & Associates. Richard's background includes significant law enforcement experience as Assistant Chief of Police at the Yazoo City Police Department and a probation/parole agent with the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Additional roles in police departments and investigative firms have further developed expertise in conducting complex investigations, fraud detection, and providing expert testimony.
