Vincent Serpico is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, privacy, technology, artificial intelligence, and intellectual property. Currently serving as Vice President at GEICO, Vincent has held significant roles at prominent financial institutions, including Senior Vice President and Counsel Executive at Wells Fargo, and Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Bank of America, where Vincent also served as Chief Privacy Counsel. Prior to these positions, Vincent was Chief Privacy Officer and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at American International Group (AIG) and began their career as an Associate at Clifford Chance.
