Sarah Dombrowski

Sarah Dombrowski, PharmD, serves as the Residency Director for the PGY1 residency in Ambulatory settings at Geisinger Clinics in the Western region since November 2016. Prior to this role, Sarah was a Clinical MTM Pharmacist and Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at LECOM School of Pharmacy from July 2014 to October 2016. Earlier experience includes working as a pharmacist at Rite Aid Pharmacy and UPMC St. Margaret, as well as completing a PGY2 Family Medicine Pharmacy Residency with the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and Rite Aid Pharmacy, and a PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency at Giant Eagle. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Penn State University.
