Sharbari Dey

Sharbari Dey currently serves as the Director of DEI Programs at Geisinger, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this, Sharbari was the Director of Staff Experience and Belonging at UT Southwestern Medical Center, focusing on fostering inclusivity and belonging across the institution and the Dallas/Fort Worth community from June 2021 to November 2023. Sharbari's experience includes roles as Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Dynata, Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Ipas, and Assistant Director of Education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Sharbari has a strong background in DEI initiatives within educational and healthcare settings, supported by a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership Policy and Human Development from North Carolina State University, along with degrees in Social Work and Electronic Science.
