Stacey Benseler

Stacey Benseler, JD, MHL, currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Geisinger, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of compliance programs for Geisinger Health Plan and related entities, focusing on regulatory adherence. Prior to this role, Benseler held various positions at CVS Health from 2011 to 2022, including Executive Director of Government Programs - Regulatory Affairs, leading Medicare regulatory efforts, and Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development, where strategic growth opportunities were identified. Benseler's experience also encompasses senior product management roles at Independence Blue Cross and legal practice as a partner at PINE & BENSELER, LLP, addressing insurance and elder law issues. Benseler holds a Juris Doctorate from Widener University and a Master's in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University.
