Robert Rybick has a diverse work experience in the supermarket industry. Robert started their career at Geissler's Supermarket in 2004, where they worked their way up from Grocery Manager to Senior Center Store Grocery Buyer. In these roles, they managed procurement, negotiated promotions, and executed special events. Robert then became the President and CEO of Geissler's Supermarket in January 2019.
In addition to their work at Geissler's, Robert Rybick has also been involved in various industry organizations. Robert served on the IGA USA Board of Directors, the National Retail Advisory Board, and the Legislative Committee of the National Grocers Association. Robert also represented Geissler's interests on the Legislative Committee of the Connecticut Food Association.
Outside of the supermarket industry, Robert Rybick served as a Licensed Q Arabica Grader for the Coffee Quality Institute and as the Treasurer for the East Windsor Cemetery Association.

In 2015, they also obtained a certification as a Licensed Q Arabica Grader from the Coffee Quality Institute.
