Cristin Lutz

Cristin Lutz is an experienced leader in operational excellence and lean management, currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at GEKA GmbH since February 2018. Prior to this role, Cristin held key positions at WEGMANN automotive GmbH from September 2011 to February 2018, including Global Manager and Manager of the WEGMANN automotive Production system. Additionally, Cristin gained valuable experience as a KVP-Manager at FCI connectors GmbH from September 2010 to August 2011.
