Jewel Despain

Jewel DeSpain serves as Vice President of Global Operations at Gel Blaster, focusing on building a cohesive operational organization around sales operations, global logistics, customer experience, and demand/supply planning. Previously, Jewel held the position of Vice President of Global Sales Operations at Therabody, where efforts included restructuring the sales operations team and deploying the company’s first sales performance dashboard. Prior experience includes roles at Orion Food Systems, JUUL Labs, GoPro, Cisco Systems, and Flip Video, with responsibilities spanning sales strategy, operational leadership, project management, and stakeholder alignment. Jewel earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Marketing from Golden Gate University.
