Meghana Talasila

Meghana Talasila is an experienced professional in demand planning and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Planning and Analytics at Gel Blaster since October 2023. Previously, Meghana held the position of Director of Demand Planning at PAX and worked as a Demand Planning Manager for the Americas at Juul Labs, where key responsibilities included leading S&OP demand reviews, building forecasting scenarios, and improving forecast accuracy through collaboration with various teams. Additionally, Meghana has a background in indirect sourcing at NIO and in demand and supply planning at RAB Lighting, showcasing a strong capability in data analysis and strategic procurement.
