Jose Terra

Jose Terra has a diverse work experience, starting as an IT Manager at 3033 Energía S.R.L / MCT ESCO from September 2010 to August 2012. Jose then joined Vodafone UK as a Networks Specialist under the Technology Graduate Scheme, where they worked on IT delivery assurance and operational improvements of messaging services from September 2013 to August 2014. Jose later worked at Vodafone Group (with Cartesian) as a Consultant, fulfilling various roles such as Business Analyst, Service Design Lead, and Operational Readiness Testing Lead, focusing on requirements gathering, gap analysis, and test coordination from October 2014 to April 2016. Jose also had experience at Sky (with Cartesian) as a Business Analyst from May 2016 to September 2016 and at Virgin Media (with Cartesian) as a Systems Integration Manager, leading a data migration project from September 2016 to October 2017. Afterward, Jose worked at Cartesian as a Management Consultant and later as a Senior Management Consultant, delivering efficient solutions and problem-solving from September 2014 to April 2017. Additionally, they had a summer internship as a Business Development Manager at Admiral Group Plc in July and August 2018. Jose pursued an MBA at INSEAD from January to December 2018. Jose Terra has a diverse education history. Jose holds a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD, which they completed in 2018. Prior to this, they earned an MSc Distinction in Communication Engineering from The University of Manchester in 2013. Jose also obtained a Telematics Engineer degree from Universidad de Montevideo in 2010, specializing in Telecommunications Engineering. As an exchange student, they briefly studied Computer & Electrical Engineering at North Carolina State University in 2008. Jose completed their secondary school education at Ivy Thomas Memorial School in Uruguay from 1990 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner from APMG-International, and MIET from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). Jose also completed the online course 6002x, Circuits and Electronics from edX in 2012.
