Krista Minekime

Krista Minekime has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Krista started their career in 2011 as a Supply Chain Intern- QA at Gatorade and later worked as a Supply Chain Associate at PepsiCo - Gatorade. Krista then joined Easton Malloy Inc as a Production and Operations Manager. After that, they worked at Easton Malloy as a Quality and Regulatory Specialist, Operations, where they managed quality aspects, new product development, packaging regulatory compliance, and implemented food safety programs. In 2018, they joined H2O+ Beauty as a Quality and Regulatory Manager, responsible for implementing quality and regulatory specifications. In 2019, they joined Minted and held various roles, including Business Operations Manager, Senior Manager Business Operations, and Director Supply Chain Operations, where they led team execution of operational and supply chain activities, developed strategic initiatives, and utilized data analysis to drive business decisions. Currently, they are working as the VP, US Operations at Gelato.

Krista Minekime has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Science and Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Real Estate Agent from the California Department of Real Estate in 2021, Lean Six Sigma- Kaizen from PepsiCo in 2012, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) from PepsiCo/ SCS Global in 2012.
