Lília Lontra

Lília Lontra has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and business operations. Lília started their career as an intern at the IRS and later at the Office of the Public Defender. Lília then worked at KPMG as a consultant, gaining experience in tax compliance and auditing companies from various sectors.

After that, Lília joined PwC Brasil as a consultant, where they provided tax planning advice to clients and was involved in project management for the automation of modules in SAP. Lília then moved to The Dow Chemical Company as a LATAM FinOps PM, where they focused on incorporating all LATAM FinOps functions into Brazil's Center of Excellence.

Lília then worked at General Electric as a Tax Manager, where they focused on tax planning and achieved tax savings for various business segments. Lília later joined Uber as a Global Sr. Manager, leading projects in business transformation between the Finance and Engineering teams.

Before their current role, Lília worked at Loft as the Head of Finance Innovation, where they implemented an ERP system and automated various financial processes. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Business Systems at Gelato.

Throughout their career, Lília has demonstrated expertise in finance transformation, ERP implementation, process automation, tax planning, and project management. Lília has also shown a strong focus on driving efficiency and scalability in finance and operations.

Lília Lontra obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with a specialization in Tax from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Ensino Médio (High School) from E.E. Profª Maria Petronila L.M. Monteiro. Lília also holds additional certifications including TOEIC (Pontuação: 975) from ETS obtained in May 2013, C.A.E certification from Cambridge University obtained in 2002, and F.C.E certification from Cambridge University obtained in 2001.
