Marta Peiró

Marta Peiró has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Marta currently holds the position of Head of HR Operations at Gelato, a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Operations Manager at Gelato from July 2022 to March 2023, and as an HR Operations Specialist from October 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Gelato, Marta held the position of EMEA HR Coordinator at Hasbro from November 2020 to October 2021. Marta also worked as an EMEA Talent Acquisition Coordinator at American Express Global Business Travel from October 2019 to October 2020, and as a Key Account HR Coordinator at Grupo Crit from May 2018 to July 2019.

Marta Peiró holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Marta also pursued Workplace HR management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. Additionally, they completed a program in Recruitment and Labour Consulting with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the Escuela de Negocios y Dirección de la UEMC. Marta Peiró has recently obtained a certification in People Analytics Masterclass Series from Orgnostic in 2022.
