Fabiano Correia has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, with expertise in risk management and data protection. Fabiano held leadership positions at GELITA, Cury Construtora, Gafisa, Walmart, Banco Bradesco, and Banco ibi. Fabiano led teams, implemented strategic initiatives, and achieved significant financial results throughout their career.

Fabiano Correia completed a Bachelor's degree in Law at Universidade São Judas Tadeu from 1996 to 2000. Fabiano then pursued a Post-Graduate degree in Consumer Law at Damasio de Jesus from 2011 to 2012. Later, they furthered their education by completing a Compliance program at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2021. Subsequently, Fabiano earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão e Business Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2022.
