Carrie Wayne has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Carrie started their career in 1987 as a Regional Transportation Compliance Manager at Chemical Waste Management. Carrie then joined Jevic Transportation in 1995, where they served as a Safety and Compliance Manager responsible for maintaining compliance with transportation regulations and managing the hazardous materials department. In 2001, they transitioned to Rohm and Haas Company as the NAR Logistics Safety Manager, overseeing logistics safety, emergency response, and compliance processes.
Carrie joined Honeywell International, Inc in 2007 as the Global Manager of Transportation Safety and Regulatory Compliance, where they led the development of a corporate-wide fleet safety program and implemented dangerous goods training on a global basis.
In 2020, Carrie joined Smires and Associates Real Estate as a Real Estate Sales Associate, before moving on to work for two startups. Carrie served as the Director of Compliance, Vehicle and Driver Safety at a Stealth Startup in 2021 and then transitioned to the role of Senior Director of Compliance, Delivery and Transportation at Wonder in 2022.
Carrie has a track record of managing compliance, safety, and regulatory programs, developing standards and guidelines, and facilitating training across organizations.
Carrie Wayne pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Economics, Finance, and Chemistry from Rutgers University between 1982 and 1987. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they furthered their studies at the University of Phoenix and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Global Management.
