Hassane Kacimi

Director of Operations at Geloso Beverage Group

Hassane Kacimi has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Hassane started their career as a Research Chemist at Biomedco Services Inc in June 2008 and worked there until October 2015. In October 2015, they joined Groupe Geloso as the Director of Quality Control/Quality Assurance. In this role, they had extensive experience in managing quality control and quality assurance functions, as well as laboratory services, validation, process control, training, and technical support. Hassane was responsible for implementing and auditing quality standards, such as cGMP and HACCP, as well as conducting quality audits and improving quality and efficiency through problem-solving and solution creation. In January 2020, they moved to Geloso Beverage Group as the Director of Operations, where they supervised daily beverage shift operations, maintained the operating budget, ensured compliance with food policies and legal obligations, and met customer expectations.

Hassane Kacimi has a diverse education history. In 1993-1994, they attended the University Moulay Ismail Meknès in Maroc and earned a Doctorat de 3ème Cycle Universitaire in Chemistry of Natural Substances. Following this, from 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Certificate in Operations and Production Management at HEC Montréal. In 2007-2008, Hassane studied at HEC University of Montreal in Quebec, Canada, where they obtained a Diploma of Specialized Higher Studies in Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Hassane Kacimi has obtained several certifications. In March 2003, they became a member of the Order of Chemists of Québec. Furthermore, they obtained membership in the Master Brewers Association of Quebec in 2020 and obtained membership in the Master Brewers Association of the Americas (MBAA) in September 2021.
