Tim Dwyer, PMP

Tim Dwyer, PMP, has a strong background in program management and leadership roles. Tim currently works as a Program Manager at GelSight since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Program Manager at Integrated Defense & Security Solutions (IDSS) from January 2021 to April 2022.

Tim also has experience as a Program Manager at L3Harris Technologies from July 2020 to October 2020, where they provided leadership in overseeing the execution of multiple programs and integrating PM processes. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Project Manager at Altran from November 2019 to July 2020, where they led intelligent manufacturing projects and managed client expectations.

Before that, Tim held various roles at Collins Aerospace, including Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Program Quality Engineer. Tim worked at Collins Aerospace from December 2018 to November 2019 for the role of Program Manager, from November 2017 to November 2019 for the role of Deputy Program Manager, and from May 2012 to November 2017 for the role of Program Quality Engineer.

Earlier in their career, Tim worked at Textron Systems as a Software Engineer from July 2009 to July 2011 and as an Associate Software Engineer from January 2007 to July 2009. Tim also gained experience as an Application Specialist/Programmer (Report Writer Group) at MEDITECH from October 2005 to January 2007.

Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to build strong relationships with both team members and clients.

Tim Dwyer, PMP holds a Masters of Science degree in Engineering Management from Tufts Gordon Institute. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from UMass Amherst.
