Tracy Bentheimer

Tracy Bentheimer is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in personnel security and loss prevention. Currently serving as Personnel Security Analyst II at GEM Technology International Corp. since September 2023, Tracy has previously held the role of Personnel Security Assistant at XLA from November 2020 to September 2023. Prior to this, significant experience was gained as an Area Profit Protection Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond from April 2008 to March 2020, as well as Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Blockbuster, Inc. and American Eagle Outfitters, where responsibilities included loss prevention, inventory controls, and training. Tracy holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is recognized for strong leadership, operational excellence, and a results-driven work ethic.
