Yilmaz Öztürk is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across different sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Gemak Group of Companies since May 2024, Öztürk previously held similar positions at Şölen, Veyseloglu Group of Companies, and İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi. Earlier career highlights include serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Veyseloglu Group and HR and Management Systems Director at Akkim Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., among others. Öztürk has vast international experience from roles at Danone, overseeing HR for Central Europe and managing operations across 15 countries, as well as contributing to PepsiCo in various capacities within the East Mediterranean Region. With a educational background including a BS in Operations Research/Management from Istanbul University and a degree from the Naval Academy, Öztürk has a solid foundation in management principles.
