Monica Alvarez

Monica Alvarez currently serves as an Incident and Problem Manager at Thales Cyber and Digital since October 2025. Prior to this role, Monica worked at T-Systems México from January 2018 to October 2025, where responsibilities included managing problems and incidents within the food, automotive, and retail industries, as well as overseeing the Field Service team and handling IT Asset and License Management.
