Gilbert Mulder

Gilbert Mulder is an experienced professional in project and process management, currently serving as a Relatiemanager SEB voor gemeenten at Ministerie I&W since April 2024. With over two decades at Royal HaskoningDHV as a Projectmanager mobiliteit, rail en infrastructuur, Gilbert has demonstrated expertise in fostering collaboration between governmental and private entities while communicating effectively in various project phases. Additionally, Gilbert has been a Raadslid for the Pvda in Gemeente Coevorden since April 2018 and has held roles such as projectsecretaris for the HSL Zuid project and projectmedewerker for NS-RIB.
