Frans Mosterman

Frans Mosterman is a seasoned traffic policy advisor with extensive experience in municipal and transportation projects. Currently serving as a Beleidsmedewerker Verkeer at Gemeente Dalfsen since 2009, Frans has also held a temporary position as a vakspecialist verkeer at Gemeente Raalte in late 2017. Prior to these roles, Frans worked at BonoTraffics bv from 2003 to 2018, progressing to an experienced verkeerskundige while managing various projects and providing consultancy services to municipalities across the Netherlands. Frans holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Windesheim, obtained between 1999 and 2003, and completed secondary education at Thomas a Kempiscollege from 1994 to 1999.
