William Allen

William Allen is an experienced civil engineering project leader currently serving as Project Leader for Civil Engineering at Gemeente Goes and as Coordinating Project Leader for Public Spaces at Gemeente Kapelle. With a career at Allen civiel projectmanagement b.v. since June 2017, William also leads management projects for Gemeente Sliedrecht and has held various roles in civil engineering and project management since 2000, including positions at gemeentehia and Gemeente Alblasserdam. William has a strong educational background, holding a degree in Civil Technical Project Management from NCOI and an MBO in GWW from Baronie College. Responsibilities include converting technical designs into specifications and drawings, managing tenders, and overseeing project execution.
