Henke van der Heiden

Henke van der Heiden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in interactive policy development, particularly in the fields of protection and support within the Gooi & Vechtstreek region. Currently serving as Coördinator interactieve beleidsontwikkeling Bescherming en Opvang at Regio Gooi & Vechtstreek since January 2017, Henke focuses on collaborative efforts with stakeholders who have in-depth knowledge of residents' and clients' perspectives. Additionally, Henke functions as a Beleidsadviseur Wmo at Gemeente Gooise Meren, specializing in protected living, social care, and inclusive society initiatives. Previous roles include leading the Samenkracht! program for interactive policy development at Regio Gooi en Vechtstreek and serving as a Wmo beleidsadviseur at Gemeente Huizen, where early work included drafting the first Wmo policy memorandum. Educational credentials include a doctorandus in History from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a beta-focused gymnasium diploma from Buitenvelderts Lyceum.
