Vera Eijsvogel

Vera Eijsvogel is an experienced organizational advisor and strategic HR consultant at Gemeente Heemskerk, where since January 2022, Vera has played a pivotal role as a member of the management team, leading the development and implementation of the new organizational vision for 2022-2026. Vera's prior experience at the same municipality from 2008 to 2021 includes roles as a senior HR business partner and head of the Strategy & Policy Bureau, with responsibilities spanning policy development, talent management, and strategic personnel management. Vera has also contributed to various strategic decentralization programs and possesses a strong background in social domain policy. Education includes a Master's degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and ongoing studies at Nyenrode Business University.
