Lotte Jannink

Lotte Jannink has extensive experience in informatiemanagement, currently working at Gemeente Hengelo since October 2017. Previously, Lotte completed an internship at Veiligheidsregio Twente in early 2017, focusing on risk communication within a regional collaboration of emergency services. In mid-2016, Lotte worked on creating user-friendly manuals at Projectservice, improving usability for a specific application. Between 2005 and 2015, Lotte gained diverse work experience in various part-time roles in sales, hospitality, and as a mail preparer at PostNL. Academically, Lotte holds a Master of Science in Psychology, specializing in Conflict, Risk, and Safety from the University of Twente, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution, an Associate's degree in Small Business and Retail Management from Saxion University, and additional educational qualifications from ROC van Twente and Pius X College. In 2021, Lotte completed a Masterclass in Change Management at NCOI Opleidingen.
