Bianca Sikma

Bianca Sikma currently serves as Teamleider for the team supporting the social domain at Gemeente Noordoostpolder since September 2023. Prior to this role, Bianca held various positions including Clustermanager, Pedagogisch coach, and Teamleider at Stichting Kinderopvang Noordoostpolder from February 1994 to September 2023. Bianca pursued post-HBO studies in Hoger management at Windesheim from 2016 to 2017 and has also attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and Windesheim for additional educational qualifications.
