Noortje Broersen

Noortje Broersen is an experienced professional with a focus on guiding organizational change and project management within the public sector. Currently serving as a Bouwer en Veranderaar at NCOD since February 2021, Noortje also leads projects for various municipalities, including Gemeente Oisterwijk and Gemeente Hilversum, focusing on the implementation and development of ICT systems for environmental regulations. Additional experience includes process facilitation for the Omgevingswet at Gemeente Vlaardingen and ICT infrastructure management at UMC Utrecht. Noortje's background also features roles in restaurant management and hospitality, alongside a period as a backpacker traveling across Southeast Asia and Australia. Education was obtained from the University of Amsterdam.
