RAM SOURAV ADHIKARI MAusIMM is an experienced geologist with a strong background in exploration and geological analysis. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Geology and Exploration at Geovale Services since February 2024, RAM has held the position of Assistant Manager (Geology) at Gemfields Plc since January 2015 and previously worked as an Exploration Geologist at Salva Resources from April 2012 to April 2014. Notable expertise includes geological and geotechnical core logging, sampling, and the preparation of standard operating procedures for coal exploration projects in locations such as Nagaland and Jharkhand, India. RAM's early career included a role as Project Officer (Geologist) at Foundation For Ecological Security, focusing on hydrogeological studies and resource development for ecological restoration and energy management. RAM holds a Master's degree in Geology/Earth Science from Durgapur Govt College, obtained from 2003 to 2008, and completed earlier education at Nandalal Institution in Srirampur from 1995 to 2003.
