Vincent Gerretz

Vincent Gerretz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Vincent is currently the Co-Founder & Managing Director of gemineers, a deep-tech startup based in Aachen, Germany that develops software for data-driven quality evaluation in the manufacturing industry.

Prior to their current position, Vincent worked at the Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnologie IPT, where they held various roles. Vincent served as Projektleitung EXIST-Forschungstransfer "Quantify" from 2016 to 2023. Additionally, they were a Gruppenleiter | Hochleistungszerspanung | Technologieentwicklung from 2019 to 2021, a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter | Hochleistungszerspanung | Technologieentwicklung from 2017 to 2021, and a Studentische Hilfskraft from 2016 to 2017.

Vincent also gained valuable industry experience through internships at Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2015 and Hilti Group in 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Studentische Hilfskraft at the Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnologie IPT from 2012 to 2014.

Vincent Gerretz earned a Bachelor of Science in Maschinenbau from RWTH Aachen University from 2010 to 2015. Vincent later pursued a Master of Science in Maschinenbau at the same university from 2015 to 2017.
