Subhendu Manna

Subhendu Manna is an experienced operations and project management professional in the edible oils and fats industry. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Operations & Projects at Gemini Edibles and Fats India Ltd. since July 2016, Subhendu oversees multiple high-capacity refinery and fractionation units. Previous roles include Senior Manager Operations at Mount Meru Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing various PLC-based refining and expeller units, and Deputy Process Manager at Cargill, involving large-scale refinery and hydrogenation unit management. Education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Technology with a specialization in Oil Technology from the University of Calcutta, an MBA in Operations Management from Karnataka State University, and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University.
