Eddie Ma

Eddie Ma is the current Vice President of Engineering at Gemini. Eddie has also previously held positions as the Head of Engineering at Level and the Vice President of Engineering at Lacuna Technologies. From November 2015 to October 2019, Eddie was the Director of Engineering at Uber, where they were responsible for expanding the scope of responsibility to include global fraud and financial engineering team management, and assumed ownership of global fraud engineering platform and technology management during a period of peak fraud loss.

Eddie Ma received their Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Eddie then went on to earn their M.Sc. in Computer Science from York University. Finally, they completed their B.Sc. in Computer Science from Peking University.

They are on a team with Jennifer Reed Perez - Head of People, David Damato - Chief Security Officer, and Sydney Schaub - General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Eddie Ma reports to Tyler Winklevoss, CEO & co-Founder.
