Phil Jacobson

Phil Jacobson has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Phil served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Gemini, Inc., responsible for maximizing human capital performance. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at Mayo Clinic, where they provided leadership and management for the Workforce Research and Analysis team. Phil also worked as the Director of Human Resources - North America at Capital Safety, leading the revitalization of the HR function. Earlier in their career, Jacobson held roles as the Human Resources Manager and Product Line Manager at Hearth & Home Technologies. Phil began their career at Deluxe, where they held various positions. Throughout their career, Jacobson has demonstrated a strong ability to improve employee engagement, implement strategic plans, and achieve positive results.

Phil Jacobson attended Gustavus Adolphus College from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management with a minor in Psychology. Phil later received certifications from the University of St. Thomas in Mini-M.B.A. and Mini-Series in Quality Management. Phil also attended Cannon Falls High School. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute and as a Strategic Workforce Planner from the Human Capital Institute.
