Axel Capellupo

Axel Capellupo serves as the Head of People Development at Gen IT since May 2022 and is the Creator of Lugares Increíbles, focusing on developing extraordinary teams and leaders. Previously, Axel held various roles at Compass Group Argentina from 2014 to 2022, including HRBP for Buenos Aires and C.A.B.A., and was responsible for Employment and Training. Prior experience includes Human Resources at ISS A/S and as a Labor Analyst at Estudio E & C Asociados. Axel's educational background encompasses law degrees from Universidad Abierta Interamericana and specialized training in leadership and coaching from institutions such as BIG and Silvia Vales & Asociados.
