Joshua Privett

Joshua Privett is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and project management. Currently serving as a Project, On-site, and Escalations specialist at Generation IX Technologies since August 2022, Joshua acts as the help desk point of escalation and participates in client onboarding and project-based work. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Remote Support Technician at Skyriver IT, where responsibilities included managing inbound calls and training new hires. Earlier experience includes serving as a Messaging Engineer at Agile IT, focusing on Azure policies and email migrations, as well as positions at Tek Experts as an O365 Technical Lead and O365 Premier Support Engineer. Proficient in tools such as Powershell and Python, Joshua has also contributed to documentation and training efforts throughout various roles.
