Eric Shim

Eric Shim, CPA, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate financial management. Currently serving as the VP Corporate Controller at Gen Korean BBQ House, Eric has held key positions including Corporate Controller at Kura Sushi USA and Finance Director for the US Region at Bugaboo. Previous roles also include Accounting Manager at both MNX Global Logistics and United Cargo Logistics Inc., along with earlier positions as Accounting Supervisor and Accountant. Eric is pursuing a Master of Laws in Legal Studies at Cornell Law School, expected to complete in May 2025, and holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from USC Marshall School of Business, completed in 2017.
