Naceille Means

Naceille Means has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in human resources and healthcare. Starting in 2002, Naceille worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing various patient care duties. In 2011, they transitioned to becoming a Payroll Coordinator, managing payroll for a large number of employees while ensuring compliance with policies. From 2016 to 2021, Naceille served as a Human Resources Manager, responsible for policy development, employee relations, and maintaining employee records. Currently, Naceille serves as the Human Resources Director at GEN-TECH, where they oversee HR operations and policies.

Naceille Means obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii-West Oahu, completing the program between 2005 and 2011.
