Christine Maria Kaltenleitner has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Christine Maria currently holds the position of Head of People and Culture at Schmachtl GmbH since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BWT Holding GmbH, where they held various roles such as Department Lead Human Resources, Teamlead Recruiting & Employee Relations, and Assistent to Head of Human Resources between 2012 and 2022. Before that, they worked at PALFINGER AG, where they served as Leitung Betriebliches Gesundheitmanagement and Assistentin Betriebliches Gesundheistmanagement from 2010 to 2012.

Christine Maria Kaltenleitner completed their education as a Business Coach at Greator in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Wirtschaftspädagogik (Economic Education) from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck from 2005 to 2010, which led to their earning the title of Magistra der Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Master of Social and Economic Sciences).
