Susheela also has certification from HRDF - Human Resources Development Fund Malaysia in HRDF TTT Trainer, Certified Recruiter, and Human Resource Audit. Additionally, they have certification from ITD World in Talent & Competency Management, and from MEC-India in Organization Development Analyst.
