David Torbett-Bethune is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and management. Currently serving as Global Service Manager at Genea Biomedx since January 2017, David provides tier 2 support to Field Service Engineers on a diverse range of IVF products, including the GERI Incubator and GIDGET Witnessing System. Previously, David worked at EK Services as a Desktop Support Engineer, assisting three local councils, and at NHS Eastern and Coastal Kent as an IT Technician, delivering support to over 100 GP practices. Beginning a career as a Junior IT Support at BCS, David has built a solid foundation in ICT services since graduating from Thanet College.
