Brett Gravois

Brett Gravois currently serves as Site Head and Head of US Commercial Distribution at Genentech since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brett was Multi-Site Plant Manager at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, overseeing Cell & Gene Therapy, Single-Use Assemblies, and Final-Fill Applications from September 2021 to January 2023. Brett held multiple leadership positions at Takeda between November 2017 and September 2021, including Head of Aseptic Filling Operations and Head of Environment Health & Safety. Additional experience includes EHS/Process Safety Management Lead roles at Denbury Inc. and enterprise Products, along with various positions focused on Plant & Pipeline Operations and Quality Control. Early career experiences include work at Jacobs in design engineering and maintenance, and at IKARIA, Inc. in Fill/Finish Operations. Brett earned a Master of Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety from Eastern Kentucky University.
