Jack Land has had a long and varied career in the medical field. Jack began in 2009 as a Clinical Assistant at Crystal City Pediatrics, followed by a Student Worker position at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in 2010. In 2012, they became a Laboratory Support Technician - Lead at St. Anthony's Medical Center, followed by a Laboratory Technologist I at the American Red Cross in 2015. In 2018, they became a Technical Trainer and Lead Tech Specialist at Creative Testing Solutions, and in 2020 they joined Geneoscopy as a Manufacturing Specialist, Clinical Laboratory Trainer/Scientist, and Research Associate. In their current role, they draft, edits, and reviews SOPs, forms, batch records, and job aids, as well as drafts, edits, reviews, and executes analytical verification, process validation, and equipment/software validation protocols and reports. Jack also identifies training opportunities, drafts training material, trains and mentors new employees, and evaluates competency for staff performing GMP and CAP/CLIA tasks.

Jack Land received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Mississippi College in 2009 and then transferred to Christian Brothers University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2011. In November 2022, they obtained a certification in Instructional Design: Adult Learners from LinkedIn.
